Stream Trophy

Terms of Use

Last updated: July 20, 2026

In force for the Stream Trophy launch release. The text is subject to ongoing legal review; the date above shows the latest revision.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Stream Trophy (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Stream Trophy displays public PlayStation Network trophy statistics and generates overlays for use in live streams (for example, in OBS). Features and limits vary by the plan you subscribe to.

3. Account and access

Sign-in is handled by third-party providers (Google, Discord or Twitch). You are responsible for keeping the account you use to access the Service secure and for all activity performed through it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes;
  • attempt to circumvent plan limits, access restricted areas or overload the infrastructure (e.g., abusive automation);
  • interfere with the security, integrity or availability of the Service;
  • provide third-party credentials or data without proper authorization.

5. PSN data and third-party content

Stream Trophy is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Sony Interactive Entertainment or PlayStation. “PlayStation”, “PSN” and related marks belong to their respective owners. Trophy data shown belongs to the PSN and to players; you represent that you have the right to display the PSN ID you provide.

6. Plans, payments and cancellation

  • We offer a Free plan and paid plans (Standard and Pro), billed monthly or annually, as shown on the Pricing page.
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle until canceled.
  • You can cancel at any time; paid access remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
  • Refunds and the money-back guarantee follow our Refund Policy.
  • Prices and features may change; changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual property

The software, brand, design and other elements of Stream Trophy are owned by or licensed to MARCELO HENRIQUE SANTANA DOS SANTOS DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE LTDA. These Terms do not transfer any rights in them to you, except the limited license to use the Service.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is”, and may contain faults or downtime. We depend on third-party services (such as the PSN) and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Third-party platform dependency, suspension and pro-rata refund

You acknowledge that Stream Trophy is an independent tool that depends on the availability and the public technical structure of the PlayStation Network (PSN), owned by Sony Interactive Entertainment — a third party beyond our control.

If technical modifications, blocks or structural changes to the PSN make data capture impossible, whether temporarily or permanently, Stream Trophy reserves the right to:

  • temporarily suspend overlay updates — and, during that period, pause subscription billing — until a technical fix is deployed; and/or
  • permanently discontinue the Service if a fix is technically unfeasible.

In the event of permanent discontinuation due to incompatibility with the third-party platform (PSN), Standard and Pro users are entitled to a strictly pro-rata refund for the unused days of the current billing cycle, as described in our Refund Policy.

In such cases, Stream Trophy’s liability is strictly limited to refunding the unused balance of the subscription. Under no circumstances shall Stream Trophy be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost live-stream revenue or reputational harm arising from the interruption — without prejudice to any mandatory statutory consumer rights that may apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stream Trophy shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms or of use that threatens the security of others or of the Service. You may close your account at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the current version.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

Except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of São Paulo/SP, and the courts located there shall have jurisdiction over any dispute. Statutory rights that apply to you as a consumer in your country of residence remain unaffected.
